FAQ

Questions, answered clearly

Straight answers about the work and the way a strategy call begins.

Who does Advisory Scale serve?

Advisory Scale is designed for accounting, bookkeeping, tax, CAS, advisory, CPA, and outsourced CFO firms that want a clearer way to manage demand, qualification, follow-up, and measurement.

What firm context is usually the best fit?

The work is most useful when a firm has a defined service focus, capacity to handle new conversations, and a willingness to improve the path from attention to follow-up. The strategy call is used to understand context, not to make an automatic acceptance decision.

What can Advisory Scale help with?

Depending on the engagement, work can include positioning, paid media, landing pages, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM and marketing automation, nurture, reactivation, and attribution. Services are scoped through a separate written agreement.

What happens on a strategy call?

The call reviews the offer, buyer, capacity, current demand sources, lead handling, and the practical bottleneck that deserves attention. It is a working conversation, not a promise of a particular result.

How does qualification work?

Qualification is based on the context provided by the firm and the fit between the conversation and Advisory Scale’s service focus. Booking a call does not create an obligation for either party.

Do I need an advertising budget?

Not every engagement begins with paid advertising. When advertising is relevant, budget, platform choice, tracking, offer maturity, and sales capacity are reviewed in context. Advisory Scale does not publish a universal budget requirement.

How quickly can work begin?

Timing depends on the current systems, approvals, access, scope, and readiness of the firm. A separate written agreement, where applicable, sets the working plan and responsibilities.

Are leads, appointments, revenue, or rankings guaranteed?

No. Advisory Scale does not guarantee leads, appointments, close rates, revenue, profit, advertising results, rankings, or other business outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including offer, market, budget, sales process, execution, data quality, and platform changes.

What does the firm need to provide?

A firm may need to provide service context, access to relevant systems, timely approvals, accurate information, and participation in the sales and follow-up process. Specific responsibilities are addressed in the applicable written agreement.

How do CRM and automation fit into the work?

CRM and automation can help preserve context, route inquiries, support follow-up, and create a clearer review process. The appropriate setup depends on the firm’s existing systems, data, and workflow.

Who owns account access and data?

Access, ownership, and handover expectations are addressed in the applicable written agreement. Advisory Scale aims to use clear operating practices, but the agreement controls the specific arrangement.

Does Advisory Scale work with firms in Canada and the United States?

Advisory Scale may work with firms in Canada and the United States, subject to fit, availability, platform requirements, and the applicable agreement.

How is personal information handled?
