Terms for Advisory Scale Alerts and Appointment Communications.

Program and purpose

Advisory Scale Alerts and Appointment Communications is a messaging program used for inquiry responses, scheduling updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices, and promotional follow-up for those who have separately consented. You can expect to receive messages regarding your strategy-call booking and service inquiries.

Consent and frequency

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or booking. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and booking status. Message and data rates may apply. Consent applies only to Advisory Scale and is not transferable.

Opt out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword 'HELP' for more assistance, or you can get help directly at yousif@advisoryscale.net or by calling us at your confirmed support number.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your mobile carrier's network.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or use the Advisory Scale messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Eligibility and changes

By opting in, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided. We may update this program or these terms at any time.
